Privacy Policy for Billify
Effective date: November 1, 2026
App: Billify: Bill Manager & Tracker
Developer: Qorveta
Contact: qorveta@gmail.com
This Privacy Policy explains what information the App uses, how it is handled, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this policy.
1. The short version
– Billify has no accounts, no sign-up and no login.
– The bills, subscriptions, EMIs, payment history and categories you enter are stored only on your device. We do not receive them and we do not have a server that stores them.
– The App shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Google may collect certain device information to show ads (see section 4).
– We do not sell your personal information.
2. Information you enter in the App
You can enter bill details such as the bill name, amount, due date, category, notes, payment history and your chosen currency symbol. This information:
– is saved in a database on your device;
– is not sent to us or to any server operated by us;
– stays on your device until you delete it, clear the App’s storage or uninstall the App.
3. Information we do not collect
We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, precise location, bank or card details, or any login credentials. The App does not connect to your bank or any payment account.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App displays banner ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and use information from your device, such as:
– your advertising ID;
– IP address and approximate location derived from it;
– device model, operating system version, language and app version;
– ad interaction and diagnostic data (for example whether an ad loaded or was tapped).
This information is collected and processed by Google under its own privacy policy, not by us. Your bill data is never given to Google by the App.

Your ad choices
– On Android you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalization in your device settings (usually Settings > Privacy > Ads or Settings > Google > Ads).
– If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the App asks for your consent before ads are shown, using Google’s consent tool. You can review or change your choice at any time in the App under Settings > Ad privacy settings.
5. Notifications
If you allow notifications, the App shows bill reminders. Reminders are created on your device from the bills you entered. No notification content is sent to us. You can turn reminders off in the App’s Settings or in your Android system settings.
6. Backup and restore
– Export/import: The App lets you save a backup file of your data and import it later. The file is created where you choose to save it. You are responsible for where you store or share that file, because it contains the bills you entered.
– Android backup: Depending on your device settings, Android may include the App’s data in your device’s automatic backup to your Google account so it can be restored on a new phone. This is controlled by you and Google through your device’s backup settings, not by us.
7. Permissions the App uses
| Permission | Why |
|—|—|
| Internet / network state | Only to load Google AdMob ads. |
| Notifications | To show bill due-date reminders (optional). |
| Advertising ID | Used by Google AdMob for ads (you can reset or opt out in your device settings). |
8. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. The only third party involved is Google (AdMob and Google’s consent tool), as described in section 4. We may disclose information if required by law.
9. Data retention and deletion
– Your bill data stays on your device. You can delete individual bills inside the App, or delete everything by clearing the App’s storage or uninstalling the App.
– Because we do not hold your bill data, there is nothing for us to delete on a server. Backup files you saved yourself, and any Android cloud backup, can be deleted by you.
– Information collected by Google for ads is handled by Google; see the links in section 4.
10. Security
Your data is stored in the App’s private storage on your device and is protected by your device’s security (for example your screen lock). No method of storage is completely secure, so please keep your device protected and be careful where you save backup files.
11. Children’s privacy
Billify is a finance tool intended for people aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, contact us at the address above.
12. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or similar laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not hold your bill data, you can exercise most of these directly in the App or in your device settings. For ad-related data held by Google, use Google’s privacy tools or contact Google. You may also contact us at the address above with any request.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be available at the link on the App’s store listing, and the effective date at the top will change. Please review it periodically.
